Using Punch

Punch is a tool for tracking your own hours, tips, mileage and expenses and for making invoices. It is free during early access. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your numbers are your call

Punch calculates pay, overtime, tax and totals from the rates and rules you set. Overtime and tax rules differ by place and by job, so check the results against your contract, your employer's records and the law that applies to you. Punch is not legal, tax or accounting advice.

Your data, your backups

Your data lives only on your device. If you clear your browser data, lose your phone or uninstall the app without a backup, it is gone and we cannot recover it. Save backups regularly.

Invoices you send

You are responsible for the invoices you create and send, including their accuracy and any tax they need to show.

As is

Punch is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost earnings or any indirect damages from using it.

Changes

Punch will change as it grows, and these terms may too. The current version is always on this page with its date. If paid features arrive, their price will be shown before you pay anything.
